March for Parks Friends of Saratoga Battlefield sponsor their 6th annual fun-day event to increase awareness of the park and raise funds for a new orientation film. Walk, bike or drive a route in the park, then visit with friendly llamas, Smokey the Bear, McGruff the Crime Fighting Dog and colonial soldiers while enjoying a live 20-piece band, silent auction and karate demonstration. Free refreshments and prizes for fund-raisers.

| Garrison Weekend Over one hundred 18th century American re-enactors from the Continental Line encamping at the historic Neilson House will bring colonial America to Life. | Eighteenth Century Day The Old Saragoga Historical Association presents its annual 18th Century Day event on the grounds of the historic General Philip Schuyler House in Schuylerville, NY. See over 30 period demonstrators exhibit their talents and wares such as furniture making, tinsmithing, medicinal herbs, quilting, spinning and caning Also enjoy farm animals, the very popular Punch and Judy puppet shows, guided house tours and free refreshments.

222nd Anniversary of the Battles of Saratoga Join us for a special weekend of activities in commemoration of those whose actions here at Saratoga changed the course of American history. British and American re-enactors encamp on original grounds as they protray life in the field during the Battles of Saratoga. See military life including tactical demonstrations, cannon and musket firings and domestic life including open fire cooking, embroidery, candle-making and more. |

* On Saturday, join the Saratoga Battle Chapter of the sons of the American Revolution and the Saratoga Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in a ceremonial wreath laying at the D.A.R. Memorial - Tour Road Stop 2, in honor of those who died here in 1777.

| Stillwater Heritage Day In tribute to Stillwater - the actual site of the Battles of Saratoga and to mark New York State Archives Week, we offer free admission all day and a special Stillwater Heritage exhibit.

| Schuyler House Candlelight Tour Costumed members of the Old Saratoga Historical Association, park volunteers and staff will escort visitors back in time for an intimate look at the historic home of General Philip Schuyler. Outdoor activities include music, campfire and story telling. Evening air may be chilly, so please dress warmly. Please note that tours may be limited to the first floor after 8:30pm. Free refreshments.
